Reports Tab

The Reports Tab provides access to payment, revenue, roster, registration, attendance reporting. Reports are split into categories to help you narrow in on the report you really need!

Reports to Get You Started

Basic reports that will get you started when you are first using the system.

Reports > Program

Program reports displays commonly used roster reports and executive reports.

Reports > Payment

The Reports > Payments screen displays shortcuts to payment related reports.

Reports > Child

From the Reports menu, select the Child option. The reports on this page are associated to the chid record- they incldue immunization, birthday, meal counts, age range reports

Reports > Misc

The misc tab on the reports screen displays shortcuts to view staff alerts, pull student/child directories and view basic auto pay detail.

Reports > Batch Job Audit

The Batch Job Audit screen willl display detail of batch jobs that have been set to run- such as autopay jobs, late payment fee batch jobs.

Reports > Room/Program

The room/program report screen allows users the ability to pull reporting related to children registered with a business/site (attendance, rosters, health reports, staff hours/details).

Reports > Financial

This option allows users to pull financial detail into set reports (payments, outstanding balances, exports and roll forwards).
