The following features and enhancements will be available on DCW/SCW on April 28, 2023.
New Features & Enhancements
- Enhancements have been made to the Setup > System Config > Registration screen to remove unused settings and make it easier for users to understand their registration set up options. [DCW-4165, DCW-5643]
- Added a 'Schedule' column to the Weekly Sign In (Version 3) Excel and PDF reports to indicate if the child is Part Time (1-3 days) or Full Time (4-5 days). If a student is not scheduled, the cell will be grayed-out in the Excel report. [DCW-5573, DCW-5574]
- Added 'Child Date of Birth' column to the Adventure Guides Event Roster report. [DCW-5639]
- Users can now change the labels and/or translations to the data fields associated with Registration Wavers. [DCW-5635]
Miscellaneous Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Capacity Enrollment Report was not generating according to the search criteria selected. [DCW-4071]
- Fixed an issue on the Connect Portal where the Attendance Information table for a student was not displaying information. [DCW-5563]
- Resolved an issue where inactive semesters were displaying as a number and not the semester name on the Schedule Room Reports window. [DCW-5689]
- Fixed an issue where users were able to schedule reports without selecting a delivery method. [DCW-5775]
