The following features and enhancements will be available on SCW on October 27, 2023.
New Features & Enhancements
- Created a Pre-Bill (Defined) report to allow Defined Billing customers to review billing information before the next billing cycle. Program/Room Assignment rates, overrides and discounts will be included in the calculation to determine what the parent will owe.
- New settings have been added under the Setup > System Config > Extended Configuration screen for auto-expiring passwords. These settings allow admins to determine if and when Provider and Parent portal user passwords should expire.
Miscellaneous Fixes
- Fixed an issue where users were being kicked out when pulling the "Charges and Credits by Center- Excel" report.
- Optimized the following reports to reduce the time it takes to process:
- Charges and Credits by Center - Excel
- Charges and Credits by Center - PDF
- Charges and Credits Detail by Program Center - Excel
- Charges and Credits Detail by Family Center - Excel
- Charges and Credits by Family Center - PDF
- Updated the status message when updates to the Percentage Paid for parent/guardian sponsor information is not saved successfully.
